 Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Tags and authentication cards must still be attached.

Final sale and custom items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vaultury.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you a return address and instructions.

Ship your item back using a trackable method.

(Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right immediately - either with a replacement or a full refund.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet policy requirements.

Gift cards, digital downloads, and accessories (such as stickers, pins, or packaging add-ons) are non-refundable.

For limited capsule drops, all sales are final to protect exclusivity and quality.
